Only wish it was more popular

Very simple and reliable.

Got SSL errors and couldnt tap send money (which is buried in a menu -- seriously?). Why anyone would use this over alternatives is beyond me.

This application is very helpful for my family and I.

Had to give it 4/5 stars because it was annoying to start. The initial start up for the first payment was a bit annoying (to say the least) but once you get it going going, its great. I usually use the Cash app. Google Wallet is FREE to receive funds right away. Owning a business this allows me to collect funds as a business transaction in case I want to use it for tax filing.

Works amazingly. Super convenient and fast!

I love google wallet. I rent a room out in my home and I always ask my tenant to pay via the wallet app. It keeps us both accountable for the funds traded. When we go on vacation, it is easy to split costs or to simply pay someone back with writing out an old fashioned check.

This app has made family money transfers pricelessly easy. No more wire transfers. This app has saved us countless time and money. Thank you, Google!

I hit a snag; having lost my wallet I couldnt use an ATM card to create an account. So, I found a checkbook that I used. Then, when I entered what I know to be the correct information for logging into my online bank account, it didnt work at all. So, I chose the option for a small deposit and withdrawal to verify my account. It said it could take several days. It has taken beyond several days and it still says verification pending. So far as I compare it to Venmo, I am much more inclined to use Venmo in the future.

Doesnt send money, takes money out of account more than once during one transaction. Takes forever to cancel transactions.

Fast and easy to use!

Google Wallet is an easy way to send funds or receive funds instantly. I have used other applications that would charge a handling fee, or have up to a week delay in the fund transfer, or have you take multiple steps to set up a new recipient. Not so with Google Wallet. Give it a try!
