App Taken Over by Hackers

I like being able to purchase on my phone,
There is an issue of when it is safe to even have it on your phone.
My issue is my phone is hacked allowing this app and other apps to be used by hackers to find your location and listen to your conversations.
I have never had this app on iPhone suggestions.
But it kept coming up in the bottom left corner with headset connected when no headset was connected when I was making phone calls received text or email and while I was in my car.
Even on AirPlane Mode.
They gain access by illegally installing a peer to peer program that gives them total control over your device literally
I tried reaching out to Google with no call back or response period, this has been going on for years. I wiped my phone 2 times through who carrier suggested and paid an Security Co to wipe the next time,
it still comes back.
My privacy is important.
How important is our privacy to you Google
