Security Provisions Not Transparent
I would first like to say that the app itself could have been FLAWLESS! But the app had a critical flaw in that it did not disclose its security features overtly enough so that a first time user does not make a mistake. I love all things Google, I want to do business with Google in the near future but I had a $3000.00 donation get lost in transaction due to its “Security Provisions” The donor still has yet to receive his money back and might have gotten cold feet at this point. The Security Provisions are that you have to complete what would be similar to a 3-Way authentication system. By this I mean you must confirm between respective banks beforehand, verify with the app, then verify with Google. Now if you fail to do this and decide to take a leap of faith like I did on Google Tech.. Well you’ll be given the run around and expect to have your transaction lost between banks, the app, or network for a possibility of 7-10 business days. I rate a 3/5 because it was so simple and manageable until that critical failure.
