TERRIBLE for large amounts of $

My fiancé and I loved using the wallet till he tried to transfer me a large amount. They don’t explain what’s going on with the money on the app or email you get after you try to claim the money. We were on the phone with them and our banks for what seemed like forever.
The problem is still not solved. His money has not been returned... it’s hanging out somewhere in between. My account has not been verified even though they told me on the phone it was fine.
My car payment is going to bounce my account thanks to google wallet
