Bye Bye Cash app and hello Google Pay.

First off everything is pretty simple and it does its job. I can send and receive money fairly easily. However, theres this notification error that wont go away so it looks like someone is requesting money and when I tap the notification (within the app) the notification disappears. Very frustrating. Needs to be updated for the iPhone X. Needs to be more like venmo in terms of tracking where you sent money. Its nearly impossible to do so now and very time consuming.

Please take the word “Send” out of this apps name...”Google Pay Send” sounds incredibly stupid.

They did not optimize for iPhone X with this new update where the app changed from Google Wallet to Google Pay Send. Copy the iPhone but dont optimize for it, Google.

I’ve been using this app for years starting when they used to issue google branded debit cards that have since been discontinued and deactivated. I still kept using Google Wallet and now it’s called Google Pay Send (it should be shortened to Google Pay). I’ve used it to collect rent, to received owed money from friends and family, and to send money that I owe to friends and family. It’s so quick and easy especially since you can use a debit card. I usually use my checking account to withdraw money and if I withdraw it in the morning it’s in my bank account the next day. It’s way faster than anything I’ve ever used. All of my tenants have loved it so far and have had no issues.

Great features and easy to use. Love the update...

1. Paypal can use credit cards to send $$, you cannot and has to use bank account. Why choose u? 2. Paypal can send instantly and $$ can be received in a few seconds like a msg. You take a few days. Why choose u????

I can’t imagine how it could be any quicker or more user-friendly. Awesome, minimalist interface and just simply a joy to use!

I love this App. I’m able to send to friends, family and associates.

Money was accidental tawny to the wrong address and canceled and it is not returned to my bank account yet now Im mad

This app is the worst money transfer app that I have ever used. I will break down why it is such a terrible app. 1. They take the money from your linked bank card or account, EVEN if you cancel the transaction before it is completed. 2. When cancelling a transaction, you are prompted with a notification saying that if you cancel the funds will be refunded back to your card or account in 1 hour. Didn’t get refunded!!! 3. A confirmation email will be sent to you regarding the cancelled transaction stating your refund will be credited the following day. Did not happen at ALL!!! 4. If you contact customer support regarding a cancelled transaction, they will just say that you will HAVE to WAIT 2-10 days before you’re credited back. In conclusion, google pay is just a greedy scheme to take your money, play around with it, then give it back after they’re done.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I had an issue with a theft ID and google put the money back in my account while they investigated the issue. When it was resolved, they sent me an email and told me the transfer would be final. Then I accendently transfered $2,000 to someone and relized it as soon as it happened. I called Google and they put a hold on the transfer and it canceled after 5 days... I’m totally on board with Google comming back with PAY! YEAH GOOGLE...

I love google wallet!

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I have a cake business and I used to use Google Wallet as a form of payment. Not once, not twice but 3 times Google Wallet refunded money back to my clients even after they received their cakes. If the other person disputes the money Google Wallet automatically refunds the money no questions asked. Not once did I receive an email or notification of this! So when I logged into my account, my Google Wallet account was in the negative! I called customer service and of course I got the run around. So I decided enough was enough. Never again will I use his app!!

I loved google wallet because transactions would transfer from my wallet to my bank account within minutes. Now it’s saying it will take 2 days. Either go back or fix this.

... and that icon? Ugh.

Every time, since the rebranding from old G Wallet, even after the updated version. Says its sent a notice about the previous crash, briefly flashes initial screen and then crashes again. Lather, rinse, repeat. iPhone 8 & iPad Pro 10.5, both on iOS 11.2.6

Come on. Optimize the screen size for X. It has been out since November. This is a repeat of when the 6 & 6S has to endure 5 & 5S small screen app size apps.
