I’ve used several different money transfer apps and this one is by far the simplest and quickest to use! 5 stars for sure!

Clueless customer service reps only make me more angry as I tried to figure out where my lost money went. They boast a “transfer within minutes” which is a bold-face lie and false advertising. Avoid it. Use Venmo instead.

Fastest way to send money to anyone!

I struggled and struggled to use other more traditional methods to send cash. It was an exercise in never-ending roadblocks: need the same bank, must have a local ID, reimbursement at the discretion of the local office manager, must be between countries, crazy fees, takes a week, and on and on. And then there is this one. Totally simple, instant, no red tape so far, helped me help my friend. I was even able to cancel and adjust a transaction instantly. My new standard.

I had been using the app for almost a year all of a sudden they asked me for more info to verify my identity which is weird because I been using it for so long so I send a copy of my id and they are saying they need more info still and when I called they asked me for a social and I said no am not giving you that information and apparently they won’t ok for me to use it with out that info and a utility bill tell me who doesn’t have paperless bills now a day there’s so many apps that you can use just avoid this one

I use my debit card and it is working good. The money goes in the same day. Loving it.

App works great on the iPhone, you can send money instantly very satisfied.

Would be much more useful if it let you schedule repeated payments. Also, no landscape mode for the iPad makes it really awkward and easier to just use the website.

This is definite my first choice for sending money. It is excellent the money goes through almost immediately. Love it

We used this for our family reunion to collect funds. Most enjoyed the ease of it and some didn’t because they had to verify themselves for security purposes. I still use the app for personal transactions and it’s great! Highly recommend it!

I used this ONCE. ONE TIME to receive money by a client and there is a way to cancel and get your money back after you receive it. I was sent money by a client and 40 minuets later I see that you have the option to get your money back after I accepted the transaction? Dumbest thing I have EVER seen on a cash app and any kind of paying method. AVOID GOOGLE WALLET.

My fiancé and I loved using the wallet till he tried to transfer me a large amount. They don’t explain what’s going on with the money on the app or email you get after you try to claim the money. We were on the phone with them and our banks for what seemed like forever. The problem is still not solved. His money has not been returned... it’s hanging out somewhere in between. My account has not been verified even though they told me on the phone it was fine. My car payment is going to bounce my account thanks to google wallet
