Thank you, I have chase, many of my family members do not. Plus this is actually a better app than chase haha I still love chase, but this is easier to transfer money and stuff. Especially at game night, one pays and the rest just send the money with out having to split cards.

Switched from Venmo because I thought google would make this process quicker or somehow easier. A friend sent me a $100 that he had owed me and it refused to let me withdraw, I went got my bank info waited the few days to link that account and still the same error message would pop up every single time I had tried to withdraw. After 14 days of emailing with google and being told constantly that they have a team working on the issue I finally got an email saying I should sent it to a friend with a working app................ thanks a lot google

My son insisted that I set this up to receive payments from him. Its easy enough. GW transferred the money pretty quick.

A couple times people havent been able to accept a transfer, then I wasnt able to get it back for a couple weeks until the transaction automatically cancelled. Usually, its worked great. Would be better if the users got more specific details on when a transaction doesnt work with options to immediately cancel and resend after correcting the problem.

Glad I got it! Use it once a month- no issues! My financial information is up to date so that might have something to do with the no issues part. Ive never had to use customer support so cant speak for that.

I have found it easy to use. I dont find the same fees as in other apps.

The app does not allow me to save a payment card. Thus, its completely useless.

Ive been using this app for around a year. I havent had any issues with the app and its really convenient linking a debit card to an email account or phone number. The more frequently that you use this app the faster the money transfers. Just today since I live out of town for my mother I asked my sister to buy Mothers Day gift and I sent her the money via Google Wallet to reimburse her. Definitely recommend.
