Three consecutive transfer fails, over a week of waiting, numerous calls and emails to customer service and money couldnt be transferred. They blamed the bank, the recipient, everyone but themselves. The fault was mine for believing they could do accomplish something as simple as transfer money. The app is awful, it doesnt meet the high standards that I have for Googles normally fantastic services.

I use Google Wallet to pay my guitar teacher. Its so easy. I dont have to worry about getting cash. I love it.

Im not good with computers and it gets confusing but I figured it out. And it works.

So easy to use you do need to pay attention to not send to wrong person. I havent tried via email and buy text sending has been seamless.

Ive been using Google wallet for 5 mos to request and/or send money and it works perfectly each time!!! The money is transferred immediately!!! Love this app!!! Deserves 10 ⭐️
